"ONLY BELIEVE": FR. EBUBE MUONSO'S POWERFUL MESSAGE ON
DIVINE MERCY SUNDAY"

Anambra State- Blessed Iwene tansi, On Divine Mercy Sunday, Fr. Ebube Muonso delivered a stirring sermon titled "Only Believe," emphasizing the importance of faith and trust in God's power and mercy.
According to Fr. Ebube Muonso miracles are impossible without believing in Christ. He encouraged the congregation not to give up, even in the face of failure, but to re-engineer themselves and move forward. Quoting Micah 7:8, he reminded them that even in darkness, there is always hope for a brighter tomorrow.
Fr. Ebube Muonso also cautioned against relying on the opinions of others, stating that "there is no success in the crowd." Instead, he urged the congregation to believe in themselves and God. He reassured them that no matter what challenges they face, God is always their helper, as stated in Psalm 121.
Using the lion as an example, Fr. Ebube Muonso illustrated that true strength comes not from physical appearance but from within. He encouraged the congregation to "smalleralize" their problems and "biggersalize" their God, citing David's victory over Goliath as a prove to the power of faith and self-belief.
In his closing remarks, Fr. Ebube prayed for God's mercy upon the congregation and the nation, imploring them to trust in the Almighty's power and goodness.
